Working International Visas Ltd (“Working In”, “we”, “us” or “our”) provides immigration services to assist individuals and their family to work and live in Australia. Working In provides a complete visa assessment of your eligibility to move to Australia based on current immigration policy and regulations, and we can assist you to complete and lodge your visa application with the relevant immigration agency (“Services”).In order for Working In to provide you with our Services, Working In will need to collect, use, disclose and store your personal information. Protecting your personal information is important to us. We are committed to ensuring compliance with the Privacy Act 1998 (AU) (the “Privacy Act”).

This Privacy Policy (including the GDPR Privacy Notice below) tells you how we will protect your privacy and collect and use your personal information.

Our Privacy Policy applies to anyone who uses our website (https://workingin.com.au/) (the Website), our Working In Services or interacts with us, and you agree to your Personal Information being collected, used, disclosed and stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

“Personal Information” means any information that can directly or indirectly identify you or another person.

1.1   If you don’t agree with our Privacy Policy or don’t want us to collect your Personal Information, then you shouldn’t use our Website or Services. If you change your mind and don’t agree with our Privacy Policy anymore, then you should stop using our Website and our Services. 12.1   Working In may from time to time change our Privacy Policy. We will post any updated policies on our Website. The updated Privacy Policy will take effect 14 days after the date it is posted.

16.1   Your personal data will be transferred and stored in New Zealand. New Zealand is covered by an adequacy decision determined by the European Commission as providing adequate level of data protection.

17.1   You have the right to lodge a complaint with a ‘supervisory authority’ established by a Member State under Article 51 of the GDPR if you believe your data protection rights have been breached.

18.1   You have the right to obtain from Working In without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data. Working In may seek to verify the accuracy of the personal data before correcting it.
